Private sessions are pleasant, relaxing and aimed to improve your personal well-being. Receiving sessions regularly provides deeper balancing and longer-lasting benefits (many clients book a session once a week). But this varies, so I always give my clients a personalized treatment plan. If you've been experiencing anxiety for a long time, consider booking three sessions as a starting point.
