Together, we’ll discuss your goals, intentions, and what you hope to receive from your sessions. This conversation helps lay the foundation for a supportive, collaborative relationship between you and the practitioner.

Flow Yoga is a dynamic and fluid style of yoga that emphasizes the seamless connection between breath, movement, and mindful awareness. Rooted in the foundational principles of Hatha Yoga, and influenced by Vinyasa and Ashtanga Vinyasa traditions, this practice guides students through a continuous series of postures linked by intentional breath.

Often called “flow” because of its smooth transitions from one pose to the next, Flow Yoga builds strength, flexibility, balance, and focus—while calming the mind and energizing the body.

Whether you're new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Flow Yoga offers a moving meditation that helps you:

  • Cultivate presence and inner stillness
  • Develop physical awareness and coordination
  • Release stress and tension
  • Connect more deeply with your breath and body

Classes are accessible and adaptive, with modifications offered to support all levels. Each session is a journey inward, guided by breath, grounded in tradition, and inspired by the rhythm of life.

Reiki is a meditative practice that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety, and promotes a positive mental state through gentle touch. Reiki is linked to a range of physical and emotional health benefits, including better sleep, improved mood, and pain relief in published studies. Research suggests Reiki helps the body return to a state of relaxation, which allows it to potentially better heal from damage brought on by stress, injury, or disease. Individual and group sessions available; in-person or long distance via zoom or FaceTime.

Active meditation is a form of meditation that incorporates physical movement or dynamic activity to help calm the mind, release tension, and access a meditative state. Unlike traditional seated meditation—which emphasizes stillness and silence—active meditation engages the body as a pathway to presence and awareness. Active meditation can be as simple as taking a walk.

Passive meditation, also known as seated meditation, is a practice that is designed to transform the way you think, communicate and act. This is done by closing your eyes to the outside world and re-directing your attention to your innermost self.

Biofield tuning is an energy therapy that uses sound to bring balance to all dimensions of your health. Using specific tones generated through tuning forks, this therapy clears congestion and stress in your energy field, also known as your biofield. Biofield therapies are noninvasive therapies in which the practitioner explicitly works with a client's biofield (interacting fields of energy and information that surround living systems) to stimulate healing responses in patients.

Rather than relying solely on traditional card meanings, I read through the lens of intuition—drawing on inner wisdom, energetic awareness, and divine connection to bring forward what is most needed in the moment.

Each session is a sacred space for reflection, healing, and deeper understanding. Whether you're seeking guidance on a decision, navigating change, or simply craving soulful clarity, the cards serve as a mirror—revealing what your heart may already know.

You won’t find fear-based predictions or rigid answers here. My intention is to guide you back to your own inner truth, helping you feel seen, supported, and empowered.
